New Training Times
We now train at 6-30pm to 8-00pm Friday nights at fitness First Poole, the fisrt 20 minutes will consist of a warm up supervised by Andy Channer Shodan, Andy is also a fully qualified personal trainer as well as an Aikido 1st Dan,the rest of the class will be devoted to studying the techniques of Aikido I look forward to seeing you there, Tim Sensei
